The Ready Set Connect Cluster has developed a learning culture with established ways of working across different schools.
These practices included; ideating as a way to value and sort the groups’ ideas and opinions towards transition and parent engagement, collaborating and sharing resources using the Google Drive platform and prototyping as a way to test practices across the multiple contexts that we believed had merit. These enabling conditions have supported the development of rich transition strategies that target specific student, family, and school challenges, identified by the cluster.
