Fishbone analysis

We introduced the fishbone analysis as a way of breaking down some of the group’s challenges. We analysed the key problems and the contributing factors in mixed groups. This technique enabled the group to acknowledge all parts to a multifaceted problem and focus solutions on specific contributing factors.
