Ideating
As a cluster of schools, we wanted to ensure we were using innovative ways of working. We introduced ideating as a way to value and sort the group's ideas. It then gives us the opportunity to develop a consensus and determine a big idea valuing everyone’s contributions. We used the ideation process to form 5 common challenges schools faced when trying to engage parents and community during transition phases.
We also used this process to tease out possible solutions to these challenges. This is now a common practise for schools in the Ready Set Connect Cluster.
