Prototyping is a strategy the cluster uses to test strategies we believe have merit. Rather than implementing strategies on a large scale, we think it is imperative that we trial them on a smaller scale in order to ‘fail fast’ to see if they have the desired impact. Every school in the cluster prototyped a new transition strategy, which resulted in successful outcomes.
